Formerly a bonded warehouse serving Leith docks, the comprehensive  refurbishment of Commercial Quay provides high quality, contemporary  office, leisure and retail accommodation whilst retaining the character  and charm of this 85,000 sq ft (7,900 sq m) category A listed building.

The Manufactured Joinery Package comprised of:

• Phone Booth
• Storage Units
• Booth Seating
• Feature Walls, including meeting room
• Reception Desk
• Print Areas in each level/Area
• Vanity Tops

The manufactured joinery throughout the project compliments the historic nature of the building whilst providing a flexible and modern  working environment. The combination of reclaimed timber and copper finishes provide a bold and quality aesthetic to the space.
