Overview

The manufactured joinery was installed throughout a new office building within the University of St Andrew's Guardbridge campus. This new building accommodate the relocation of 400 staff from other offices in the estate.

The £20 million plan involved the sensitive restoration and refurbishment of buildings to create state-of-the-art office space, storage for library stock, a canteen and associated parking and landscaping. A key part of the development is a café which is open to the public as well as University staff.

The full works comprised:

• Bespoke tea-prep facilities
• Fixed seating units
• Feature wall panelling
• Recycling stations
• Storage islands
• Bench Meeting unit

Working in partnership with the main contractor we co-ordinated the installation on site to compliment and not disrupt the completion of the major refurbishment works.
